About the role
Wabtec provides equipment, systems and digital solutions for freight and transit rail. The Payroll Officer will process Australia and New Zealand payrolls, ensure compliance, reconcile payroll data and resolve employee queries.
What you'll do
- Process end-to-end payroll across Australia and New Zealand
- Validate payroll inputs and outputs, reconcile data and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with vendors, Finance, HR and employees on payroll queries
- Prepare statutory payments, reporting and compliance activities
- Support payroll audits and implement corrective actions
