Payroll - Process Lead

Diageo’s Global Business Operations provides finance and operational services across markets. The Process Lead oversees outsourced payroll delivery for assigned EMEA markets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, service quality and continuous improvement.

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations for assigned EMEA markets
• Review payroll inputs, outputs, reconciliations and high-risk transactions
• Monitor outsourced provider performance against KPIs and SLAs
• Maintain payroll controls, compliance evidence and audit readiness
• Resolve complex payroll issues and drive process improvements
• Coach Payroll Specialists and support knowledge transfer
