Payroll Specialist

Wabtec provides rail, transit, mining, marine, and industrial equipment, systems, and digital solutions. You will manage payroll operations and compliance for India and support payroll delivery across APAC.

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for India and support APAC payroll operations
• Review payroll inputs, validate outputs, reconcile data, and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with vendors, HR, Finance, and employees on payroll queries
• Conduct payroll audits, compliance checks, and statutory reporting
• Maintain payroll SOPs, process maps, FAQs, and documentation
• Drive payroll process improvements and support transitions and organizational changes
