About the role
Velaura is building compute technology for cloud, edge, and Physical AI applications including robots, autonomous systems, and drones. You will lead physical implementation and sign-off of advanced silicon blocks from RTL to GDSII and improve design methodologies and automation flows.
What you'll do
- Own critical design blocks from RTL through GDSII sign-off
- Optimize floorplans, placement, clock trees, routing, and timing closure
- Resolve timing, congestion, clocking, signal integrity, and power integrity issues
- Develop physical design methodologies, implementation recipes, and automation flows
- Perform physical verification and EM/IR analysis
- Mentor engineers and guide physical design execution
