POC Specialist/Technical Expert

Algoshack's algoQA uses AI-assisted automation to demonstrate product capabilities and value in customer environments. The POC Specialist leads customer engagements by planning, running, evaluating, and reporting on proof-of-concept tests.

• Lead end-to-end proof-of-concept engagements on-site and remotely
• Review test cases and optimize customer test assets before execution
• Deliver feature files, object repositories, scripts, and evidence-based reports
• Identify test coverage gaps and assess automation maturity
• Define POC scope, success criteria, timelines, and measurable outcomes
• Document reusable implementation patterns and customer success stories
