About the role
Hewlett Packard Enterprise develops networking hardware and systems across edge-to-cloud environments. The engineer will design and validate board-mount and front-end power systems, support manufacturing, and contribute technical leadership through mentoring and technology initiatives.
What you'll do
- Define requirements and select components for power designs
- Design and simulate power circuits, then coordinate schematic and PCB layout
- Bring up and characterize prototype designs
- Develop front-end power systems with suppliers and support system integration
- Prepare and review test plans and supervise testing
- Mentor team members and contribute to technology initiatives
