Principal Engineer Power Architecture

GlobalFoundries provides semiconductor design, development and fabrication services to technology companies. The Principal Engineer will define SoC power architectures, guide implementation plans, advance power methodologies, and lead and mentor engineers.

• Define SoC power architectures with cross-functional engineering teams
• Evaluate power-management hierarchies and recommend architectures
• Assess voltage domains, body biasing, and DVFS techniques
• Create execution plans and methodologies for implementation teams
• Develop and maintain scalable processes using AI/ML and EDA technologies
• Lead and mentor the engineering team
