About the role
Cleo provides an integration platform for orchestrating EDI, APIs, applications, and supply chain transactions. This role designs and delivers enterprise integrations, leads customer discovery and technical delivery, and builds mappings, APIs, and business processes.
What you'll do
- Design scalable EDI, API, and hybrid integration solutions
- Lead discovery workshops and define technical architectures
- Build and optimize integrations, mappings, APIs, and business processes
- Configure communication protocols and security
- Own technical delivery, UAT, issue resolution, and customer engagement
- Mentor junior team members and promote engineering best practices
