About the role
PhonePe operates digital payments, financial services and other digital platforms in India. The Senior Manager will lead disputes, advise businesses on legal compliance and policy, and oversee external counsel and subordinate staff.
What you'll do
- Represent the company before courts, law enforcement agencies and regulators
- Review pleadings and legal drafts
- Develop strategies for disputes and implement them
- Guide business teams on applicable laws and compliant models
- Prepare stakeholder comments on proposed bills and regulations
- Lead, train and guide subordinate legal staff
