About the role
MontyCloud provides an AI-driven cloud operations platform. The Principal Manager of Quality Engineering will lead the QE team and automation strategy, set release quality standards, and remain hands-on with test automation.
What you'll do
- Own release readiness decisions and recommend go or no-go
- Define quality gates across the delivery pipeline
- Report product quality metrics and validate test coverage
- Hire, develop, and set technical standards for QE engineers
- Build scalable automation systems using AI across the QE lifecycle
- Direct testing frameworks across UI, API, SDK, CLI, and integrations
