About the role
Montycloud provides a cloud-native SaaS platform. The Staff Performance Engineer will build performance engineering platforms, optimize distributed and serverless systems, and set performance practices across engineering teams.

- Define organization-wide performance engineering strategy
- Build self-service performance testing and analysis platforms
- Design AI-driven performance insights and optimization solutions
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze bottlenecks across distributed and serverless systems
