About the role
MontyCloud builds an AI-driven cloud management platform for SaaS customers. You will lead delivery of cross-functional product, AI and engineering programs from planning through release, stability and adoption.
What you'll do
- Own roadmap planning and end-to-end delivery across multiple agile teams
- Manage milestones, risks, dependencies, metrics and executive reporting
- Lead AI feature evaluation, launch, adoption and ROI tracking
- Coordinate release calendars, Go/No-Go reviews and release health reporting
- Use retrospectives and delivery KPIs to improve predictability and quality
- Drive production issue reduction through root-cause analysis and preventive actions
