About the role
CommBank’s Chief AI Office builds the bank’s AI strategy, platforms, governance, and capabilities. You will architect governed knowledge platforms and AI-ready knowledge products, including semantic models, retrieval systems, and governance controls.
What you'll do
- Architect ingestion, enrichment, retrieval, and lifecycle capabilities for the knowledge platform
- Lead enterprise ontology, semantic model, taxonomy, and metadata standards
- Deliver governed, reusable knowledge products from business information
- Build provenance, lineage, permissions, classification, and auditability controls
- Integrate knowledge platforms with LLM gateways, agent frameworks, and evaluation services
- Establish engineering standards and mentor Staff and Senior Engineers
