About the role
EnCharge AI develops advanced AI hardware and software systems for edge-to-cloud computing using in-memory computing technology. This specialist will integrate and verify large SOCs from floorplan through tapeout and manage physical signoff.
What you'll do
- Drive top-level SOC physical assembly, floorplanning, bump planning, and power-grid integration
- Develop hierarchical physical verification flows and define interface rules
- Execute and debug full-chip DRC, LVS, ERC, antenna, ESD, and latch-up signoff
- Coordinate physical integration fixes with physical design and timing teams
- Work with foundries on design-rule interpretation and edge-case violations
- Automate integration tasks, database merging, and verification result parsing
