Principal SoC Signoff Engineer

GlobalFoundries provides semiconductor design, development and fabrication services to technology companies. The Principal SoC Signoff Engineer will lead timing-constraint development, establish STA signoff methods and mentor engineers.

• Lead timing-constraint development for complex SoCs and IPs
• Define STA signoff margins from specification through production
• Establish multi-voltage and DVFS signoff processes
• Develop AI/ML-enabled STA methodologies with EDA partners
• Mentor engineers and conduct production SoC timing-signoff reviews
