About the role
Caterpillar develops products for industrial and construction applications. The engineer will design, document, verify and refine PCBs for manufacturing and assembly.
What you'll do
- Design new PCB layouts and modify existing designs
- Prepare schematics, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings and manufacturing files
- Run design and electrical rule checks to verify compliance
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical and other engineers to refine designs
- Generate Gerber and assembly files for PCB production
