About the role
Material Depot is building a technology-led home decor retail and supply chain platform. The Procurement Executive will manage purchase orders, track material availability, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and keep procurement timelines on track.
What you'll do
- Raise purchase orders based on business and operational requirements
- Check material availability and follow up to prevent supply bottlenecks
- Coordinate procurement workflows between vendors and internal teams
- Track procurement updates, escalate delays, and close items on time
- Monitor stock against operational requirements to support fulfillment
