About the role
Skillz operates a mobile esports platform for competitive gaming tournaments. You will own Blackout Bingo's LiveOps calendar, campaign economics, experimentation and team leadership.
What you'll do
- Own Blackout Bingo's LiveOps events, tournaments and offer calendar
- Track campaign NGR, event margins and negative-margin events
- Configure campaign segments, entry fees, prizes, schedules and eligibility
- Run holdout-based experiments and evaluate campaign results
- Lead and develop the LiveOps operator team
- Report weekly performance and coordinate with Product, Analytics and CRM
