About the role
Skillz provides infrastructure for real-money, skill-based tournaments inside mobile games. You will lead recruiters while handling priority searches, building direct-sourcing pipelines, and improving recruitment operations.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and review the performance of recruiters
- Recruit for priority technical, product, data, and business roles
- Build direct-sourcing pipelines and market maps
- Track funnel metrics and resolve recruiting bottlenecks
- Negotiate offers and close candidates within budget
- Represent the Senior Manager, TA in recruitment operations
