Associate Lifecycle CRM

Skillz operates a mobile esports platform for skill-based gaming tournaments. This role will own lifecycle messaging and reactivation marketing, measure campaign impact, and manage the Email Marketing Manager.

• Own email, push and in-app messaging strategy, execution and measurement
• Design reactivation cohorts, offers, controls and exclusion rules
• Build and manage CleverTap journeys, segments and title onboarding
• Measure campaign incrementality, engagement, deliverability and opt-out guardrails
• Manage the Email Marketing Manager and develop the lifecycle function
• Report weekly on campaign results, retirements and blockers
