About the role
Apna Advantage helps users make career decisions and access higher-education and upskilling opportunities. This associate will improve user journeys and operational processes by analysing data, identifying product gaps and testing improvements.
What you'll do
- Improve user journeys across discovery, counselling and admissions
- Analyse funnels, call outcomes, CRM data and user behaviour
- Translate operational problems into product requirements
- Improve CRM, calling, WhatsApp and lead-routing workflows
- Run experiments and track conversion and productivity impact
- Test AI-powered counselling and internal automation experiences
