About the role
Wabtec provides equipment, digital solutions and services for rail, transit and other industrial markets. The engineer will design and execute validation tests for train energy management products, configure test setups, and report and track results.
What you'll do
- Define validation scope with system and software engineers
- Analyze requirements and create test cases and plans
- Configure laboratory hardware and test setups
- Execute tests and document technical evidence
- Diagnose test setup issues and analyze results
- Log defects, track their status and retest fixes
