About the role
JLL provides real estate and investment management services, including workplace and facilities services for clients. The Regional Facilities Manager will lead portfolio operations, teams, vendors, budgets and quality programs across offices in India.
What you'll do
- Lead facilities operations across Bengaluru, Mumbai and Gurgaon offices
- Manage teams, coach staff and oversee workforce planning
- Oversee vendor contracts, sourcing and procurement activities
- Own budgeting, spending controls and operational performance
- Implement quality audits, corrective actions and service improvements
- Manage client relationships and ensure contract and KPI compliance
