• Assess current processes, risks, controls, hand-offs, and pain points
• Identify operational, regulatory, fraud, data, technology, and third-party risks
• Design future-state controls and map them to risks and obligations
• Rationalize redundant controls and assess risks from transformation changes
• Obtain governance challenge and confirm controls are implemented before go-live
