About the role
Vonage provides cloud communications, contact center solutions, and communications APIs for businesses. The coordinator will support India sales operations through pipeline tracking, meeting and event logistics, compliance milestones, and administrative coordination.
What you'll do
- Coordinate sales meetings, market visits, agendas, and briefing materials
- Track action items from business reviews and steering committee meetings
- Maintain Salesforce opportunity records and assist with forecast submissions
- Coordinate customer onboarding and track compliance milestones
- Support sales events, hiring coordination, and regional leader administration
- Consolidate expansion milestones, market data, and competitive insights
