About the role
Salesforce provides CRM and healthcare cloud products, with a services team delivering customer solutions. This architect will translate healthcare customer requirements into Salesforce solution designs and guide implementations.
What you'll do
- Understand customer needs and translate them into business and technical requirements
- Design Salesforce Health Cloud and Vlocity solutions for healthcare customers
- Map business requirements to Salesforce Industry product functionality
- Evaluate solution impacts on operations, roadmaps, and upgrades
- Lead complex projects across analysis, design, build, testing, and production
- Travel to customer locations to support implementation delivery
