About the role
Solventum develops healthcare solutions using health, material and data science. You will support and improve global SAP S/4HANA operations, resolve incidents, and contribute to implementations and system changes.
What you'll do
- Lead functional support for SAP S/4HANA business processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 ERP incidents
- Monitor system performance and maintain business continuity
- Prioritize incidents and service requests by impact and urgency
- Coordinate testing, enhancements, and defect resolution
- Maintain process documentation and report system health metrics
