About the role
Zinier builds technology to improve the productivity of frontline workers and the teams supporting them. You will test AI-powered services and workflows, build automated evaluation frameworks, and validate APIs, integrations, and intelligent scheduling.
What you'll do
- Test AI-powered backend services, APIs, and workflows
- Validate AI responses for accuracy, relevance, groundedness, and hallucinations
- Build automated AI evaluation and regression frameworks
- Test REST APIs, microservices, asynchronous workflows, and integrations
- Perform performance, load, resilience, and failure testing
- Integrate automated quality checks into CI/CD pipelines
