About the role
Zinier builds technology to improve the productivity of frontline workers and the teams that support them. The SDET Lead will lead quality strategy and teams while remaining hands-on with test automation, testing plans, releases, and quality metrics.
What you'll do
- Set the QA vision and manage the quality roadmap
- Create automation suites and integrate testing with CI/CD
- Plan testing for availability, performance, and release quality
- Lead release testing and report quality metrics to stakeholders
- Hire, mentor, and develop QA team members
- Investigate escaped defects and improve regression coverage
