About the role
Esko builds products for sensitive customer content and business-critical workflows. You will develop shared security foundations and controls that help product teams ship AI capabilities safely.
What you'll do
- Shape AI platform security architecture and own substantial security components
- Build identity, authorization, delegated-access, and policy-enforcement controls
- Secure AI retrieval, tool use, and execution against security threats
- Design approval gates, isolation, execution limits, and recovery mechanisms
- Build audit and monitoring capabilities for security-relevant activity
- Conduct threat modeling and adversarial testing, translating findings into platform controls
