About the role

Labcorp provides laboratory services and health-related diagnostic, research, and data solutions. You will implement Customer Journey Analytics solutions, integrate and validate data, and prepare reporting components for analytics teams.

What you'll do

Define CJA implementation requirements with business and technical teams
Support CJA implementations, data validation, schema alignment, and reporting readiness
Integrate data from AEP, CDPs, and enterprise sources
Configure data views, metrics, dimensions, filters, and workspace projects
Audit data quality and troubleshoot implementation and reporting issues
Enable customer journey reporting and KPI measurement with analytics teams
