• Analyze employee lifecycle data and identify workforce trends
• Build and maintain workforce dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports
• Translate business questions into data-driven recommendations
• Support workforce planning, talent reviews, and organizational health discussions
• Analyze employee survey feedback using text analytics techniques
• Improve reporting automation, data quality, and analytics processes
