• Own platform availability, resilience, latency, and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Lead Helm chart automation and image migration work
• Operate monitoring, alerting, observability, and logging components
• Troubleshoot complex production incidents and support Tier 1 and Tier 2
• Plan capacity, disaster recovery, cloud governance, and access controls
