About the role

What you'll do
- Coordinate load testing and test-platform support activities
- Troubleshoot tools, environments, infrastructure, and platform issues
- Monitor platform health, capacity, and operational readiness
- Manage incidents, defects, support requests, and escalations
- Support upgrades, patching, and testing-platform lifecycle management
- Coordinate 24x7 handoffs across US, Europe, and India
