Sr Specialist Software Engineering (ServiceNow MID Server Admin)

AT&T provides telecommunications services and operates enterprise technology environments. You will administer ServiceNow MID Servers and support Discovery, Orchestration, connectivity, security, and operational reliability.

• Install, configure, harden, and maintain MID Servers on Windows and Linux
• Administer MID Server capabilities, schedules, load distribution, and build baselines
• Monitor ECC Queue processing, MID Server health, and integration performance
• Upgrade and patch MID Servers, validating changes and planning rollbacks
• Configure proxy connectivity and maintain TLS certificates and trust stores
• Automate operational tasks and document runbooks, incidents, and recurring issues
