About the role
XP Power develops power products for industrial and other applications. The Applications Engineer will support customers, resolve technical issues, and manage product application projects from evaluation through delivery.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support to customers, sales staff, and distributors
- Evaluate and test power products and coordinate customer-specific developments
- Resolve technical issues during product design and at customer sites
- Maintain knowledge of product standards, legislation, and new products
- Present products to customers and propose suitable alternatives
- Maintain project information in Salesforce, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
