About the role
Trane Technologies develops climate solutions for buildings, homes, and transportation. This role tests IT controls, assesses SOX compliance risks, and recommends remediation across applications, servers, and databases.
What you'll do
- Assess risks, conduct walkthroughs, and test IT general controls
- Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness
- Review access controls, security settings, backups, and automated controls
- Maintain IT SOX narratives, process flowcharts, and engagement documentation
- Present findings and recommend remediation to management
- Review system implementations and acquired entities’ control environments
