Senior Backend Engineer

• Design and operate infrastructure for concurrent voice sessions
• Build campaign systems with scheduling, throttling and retry logic
• Optimize availability and latency of real-time AI pipelines
• Evolve backend services, queues and data stores for growth
• Design high-throughput APIs and webhook integrations
• Build observability dashboards and runbooks for production stability
