Data Analyst

Skit.ai provides a conversational AI platform that orchestrates collections across channels and accounts. You will analyze campaign and operational data, build dashboards and benchmarks, and support predictive modeling and campaign decisions.

• Build daily dashboards for voice, SMS and email performance funnels
• Develop account-specific benchmarks for onboarding, activation and expansion
• Analyze historical data to identify gaps and trends
• Run predictive models for rollbacks, cure rates and recovery likelihood
• Prepare QA sampling and reporting for agent call reviews
• Partner with PMs and Portfolio Managers on A/B tests and campaign pivots
