About the role
Skit.ai provides conversational AI and collection orchestration technology for enterprise collections. You will audit human and bot interactions across voice, chat, and email for quality, compliance, and improvement opportunities.
What you'll do
- Monitor and score agent and bot collections interactions across voice, chat, and email
- Audit conversations for collections regulatory compliance and flag deviations
- Provide structured feedback on agent performance and bot conversation quality
- Report quality scores, trends, and compliance risks
- Partner with training, operations, and product teams on improvements
- Escalate high-risk or sensitive conversations
