About the role
Skit.ai provides a conversational AI platform that automates enterprise collection conversations across channels. The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will improve the platform’s reliability, latency, capacity, observability, and incident response across its real-time voice and multi-cloud systems.
What you'll do
- Define availability and latency SLOs and manage error budgets
- Maintain metrics, tracing, logging, dashboards, and actionable alerts
- Keep SIP signaling and RTP media reliable at scale
- Plan capacity, pre-warm resources, and tune autoscaling for campaign peaks
- Lead incident response and create blameless postmortems
- Design multi-cloud redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery
