About the role
Skit.ai builds a conversational AI platform for enterprise collections across voice and digital channels. You will operate and automate multi-cloud infrastructure, maintain delivery and monitoring systems, and improve reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
What you'll do
- Operate compute, networking, storage, and identity across cloud providers
- Manage infrastructure as code and reliable CI/CD pipelines
- Run Kubernetes platforms and supporting services
- Maintain monitoring and alerting, participate in on-call, and respond to incidents
- Optimize cloud costs and maintain patching, backups, secrets, and access
- Automate repetitive operations and build self-service provisioning
