About the role
Supertails serves pet parents through its pet care app and storefront. The Senior Copywriter will create CRM journeys, product and app copy, merchandising content, and support content while testing and scaling writing with AI.
What you'll do
- Write cohort-specific push, email, in-app, WhatsApp, and SMS copy
- Map and write onboarding, retention, re-engagement, and win-back journeys
- Test copy variants, analyze results, and retire underperforming content
- Create UX copy for app flows, including errors, confirmations, and buttons
- Write storefront merchandising and category copy
- Create support macros, help-centre copy, and FAQs with the CX team
