About the role
Supertails operates clinics providing healthcare services. The Area Manager will oversee zone-level clinic performance, operations, clinical quality, customer experience and people performance.
What you'll do
- Own revenue, P&L, productivity and operational KPIs across multiple clinics
- Lead and coach Centre Managers and clinic leadership teams
- Review audits and drive corrective actions for operational and clinical standards
- Improve customer experience, repeat visits, footfall and revenue
- Oversee workforce planning, hiring, training and employee engagement
- Monitor inventory, equipment, facility readiness and vendor performance
