About the role
Supertails operates a pet healthcare ecosystem spanning e-commerce, pharmacy, online veterinary consultations and clinics. This person will grow clinic visits and revenue through acquisition, retention, analytics and cross-functional programs.
What you'll do
- Drive new customer acquisition and first clinic visits
- Build repeat, lapse prevention and winback strategies
- Improve lead-to-booking conversion with inside sales
- Align teams around clinic walk-in and revenue targets
- Analyze cohorts, retention, discounts and clinic performance
