About the role
Supertails is a company in the e-commerce last-mile delivery sector. This person will manage delivery performance, courier partners, RTO reduction, and real-time operational interventions.
What you'll do
- Drive delivery SLA adherence and on-time delivery across the network
- Manage courier partners and resolve shipment and delivery issues
- Reduce RTOs by identifying causes and ensuring timely reconciliation
- Run a control tower to monitor breaches, pendency, exceptions, and critical shipments
- Track courier performance and drive corrective actions
- Implement process improvements to improve delivery quality and efficiency
