Senior Digital Product Owner D365 CE – Field Service and Project Operations

Caterpillar's digital team supports enterprise resource platform solutions for Caterpillar dealers using Dynamics 365. This product owner will shape the Field Service and Project Operations roadmap, deliver implementations and integrations, and support testing and adoption.

• Define the Dynamics 365 CE product vision and roadmap
• Configure Field Service and Project Operations modules
• Coordinate integrations between CE, Finance and Operations, and other systems
• Prioritize backlogs and lead Agile delivery ceremonies
• Prepare test scripts and support UAT, integration testing, and go-live
• Develop dealer training materials and support CE issue resolution
