About the role
PhonePe builds digital payments, financial services and digital distribution platforms. You will assess regulatory and operational controls, conduct compliance reviews and testing, and report control gaps and improvement recommendations.
What you'll do
- Identify product and service risks during pre-planning
- Prepare control checklists for regulatory and unregulated functions
- Design and execute compliance review work programs
- Lead walkthroughs and identify controls related to noted risks
- Draft issue documentation and report control gaps
- Coordinate testing scripts with development teams and evaluate outcomes
