About the role
Tekion provides a cloud-native platform connecting automotive retailers, manufacturers, partners and consumers. This analyst will process vendor invoices, reconcile accounts and support AP closing, compliance and financial reporting.
What you'll do
- Process vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile AP accounts, vendor statements and bank transactions
- Support AP month-end close and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Post AP journal entries in Oracle NetSuite
- Maintain compliance records and support audits
- Identify improvements to invoice and reconciliation workflows
