About the role
Trane Technologies provides climate solutions for buildings, homes and transportation. You will configure SAP incentive compensation rules and workflows and support accurate compensation processing.

- Configure SAP incentive compensation calculation rules
- Translate compensation plans into system logic
- Develop eligibility and crediting rules

- Troubleshoot calculation discrepancies and validate inbound data
